As Managing Director, my responsibility is to set the strategic direction of the business and ensure that quality, health & safety and excellent customer service are maintained to a high standard at all times. My main objectives are to establish frameworks, leadership expectations, and accountability structures that enable the organisation to operate safely, consistently, and at scale.

I ensure quality and health & safety are treated as board-level priorities, aligned with commercial objectives, regulatory obligations, and stakeholder confidence.

Technical Advisor

My career has been built on a strong foundation of technical expertise and hands-on experience, beginning with a four-year apprenticeship as an industrial electrician at ICI Northwich in heavy chemical plant maintenance. Over the past 40 years, working across industrial, commercial, and domestic sectors as a self-employed contractor, I have developed a deep understanding of electrical systems, compliance, and best practice.

As a NICEIC registered contractor for more than 25 years, I have been involved in the installation of a wide range of equipment, from EV charging infrastructure and control panel builds to complex industrial drive control systems. In my role as Technical Advisor at Whitecliffe Electrical, I focus on quality control and providing bespoke switchgear solutions, ensuring every system is designed, built, and delivered to the highest technical and safety standards, while meeting the specific needs of each customer.
